Payment Terms & Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the services agreement dated March 2, 2025, between CineLumière Productions and Meridian Global Studios Ltda. for the complete Film Director engagement on the feature film "Carnaval de Luzes," produced and filmed in Brazil Rio de Janeiro.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice issue date via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account specified below. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1% per month plus a 2% penalty as stipulated in Brazilian commercial law.

- This Invoice covers all creative and directional responsibilities of the Film Director as outlined in the master services agreement. Additional creative consultations beyond the contracted scope will be billed separately at the prevailing daily rate.
- The Film Director retains full creative credit and attribution rights as stipulated in the production contract. All intellectual property related to the final film belongs to Meridian Global Studios Ltda. upon full settlement of this Invoice.
- For any disputes regarding this Invoice, the parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code and applicable film industry arbitration protocols.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-00472 in all correspondence and payment communications.
