Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all Film Director services rendered by James A. Whitfield for the production of the feature film "Northern Lights" during the period of March 3, 2025, through June 15, 2025. All work was performed primarily in and around Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with select secondary locations in the Niagara Peninsula region.
The Film Director's creative contributions, including all storyboards, shot lists, director's notes, and editorial guidance, remain the intellectual property of Meridian Visual Productions Inc. until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance of payment, a limited license for the finished film will be transferred to Northstar Entertainment Group Ltd. as stipulated in Section 14 of the production contract.
All rates quoted on this Invoice are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to the 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) applicable in the Province of Ontario, Canada. This Invoice has been prepared in compliance with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) invoicing requirements and the Ontario Business Corporations Act.
