This Invoice is issued by Marcus A. Chen, Film Director, operating under Chen Visual Productions Inc., a registered business in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. All services rendered were performed in the capacity of a professional Film Director for the feature film production "Northern Lights," with all principal work conducted in and around Vancouver, Canada.
The British Columbia Film Tax Credit has been applied as a reduction to the total invoice amount in accordance with the BC Film Production Tax Credit Program administered by the Province of British Columbia. The client is responsible for filing the applicable tax credit claim with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and the BC Film Commission.
All rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). This Invoice is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Film Director Services Agreement dated March 15, 2025, executed between Chen Visual Productions Inc. and Pacific Northwest Studios Ltd. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
The Film Director retains all intellectual property rights to creative direction methodologies, proprietary shot composition techniques, and original visual concepts developed during the engagement, unless otherwise specified in the master services agreement. Deliverables including final cut footage, storyboards, and direction notes are the property of Pacific Northwest Studios Ltd. upon full payment of this Invoice.
