Payment Terms & Invoice Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account of Chen Wei Film Director Studio, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), Guangzhou Tianhe Branch, Account No. 4402 2600 0900 1234 567.
- All amounts stated in this Invoice are denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and are subject to the tax regulations applicable in China Guangzhou and Guangdong Province as of the Invoice date.
- Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per calendar day in accordance with the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and the terms of the Production Services Agreement.
- This Invoice must be retained by the client for a minimum period of ten (10) years in compliance with the Accounting Law of the People's Republic of China.
- The Film Director retains all intellectual property rights over the creative direction, directorial vision, and artistic methodology as defined in Section 14 of the Production Services Agreement. This Invoice does not transfer any such rights.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through arbitration by the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission in China Guangzhou, in accordance with its then-current rules.
- This Invoice is valid only when bearing the official business seal (chop) of Chen Wei Film Director Studio and the signature of the authorized Film Director representative.
Compliance & Regulatory Notice
This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Invoices of the People's Republic of China (State Taxation Administration Order No. 48) and the relevant electronic invoice regulations issued by the Guangzhou Municipal Tax Bureau. The Film Director services described herein have been registered with the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism and the Guangdong Provincial Radio and Television Bureau. All production activities referenced in this Invoice were conducted under valid filming permits issued by the local authorities of China Guangzhou.
