Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
This Invoice is issued by Shanghai Cinematic Arts Studio in accordance with the Film Director services agreement (Contract No. SCA-2025-0198) executed between the parties on March 1, 2025. All services rendered by the Film Director, Director Liu Mingxuan, are subject to the creative and professional standards established under the China Shanghai film production regulatory framework administered by the National Radio and Television Administration of China.
- This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue date. Failure to remit payment by the stated due date will incur a late payment surcharge of 0.05% per calendar day on the outstanding balance.
- All Film Director creative deliverables, including but not limited to storyboards, shot lists, editorial cuts, and final master files, shall remain the intellectual property of Shanghai Meridian Pictures Co., Ltd. upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
- The Film Director retains the right to display the completed work in personal portfolios, festival submissions, and industry award entries, provided that such usage does not conflict with the exclusive distribution rights of the production company.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed within the jurisdiction of China Shanghai. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration at the Shanghai Arbitration Commission in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- This Invoice is valid for one hundred eighty (180) days from the issue date. After this period, the Invoice must be reissued to reflect current tax rates and applicable regulatory changes in China Shanghai.
- Any amendments to the scope of Film Director services beyond those itemized in this Invoice require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges receipt of all Film Director services as described herein and confirms that the creative output meets the agreed-upon quality standards for the "Shanghai Horizon" feature film production in China Shanghai.
