This Invoice is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Contract Reference CTR-2025-0112, executed on February 10, 2025, between CineBogotá Productions S.A.S. and Andina Film Studios S.A.S. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
IVA (Impuesto al Valor Agregado) is applied at the standard Colombian rate of 19% as mandated by the National Tax Authority (DIAN – Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales). ReteFuente withholding of 10% has been deducted in accordance with Colombian tax regulations for professional services.
