Important Notes & Terms

2. The Retención en la Fuente of 4% has been applied as mandated by Colombian withholding tax regulations for professional services rendered within the national territory.
3. All creative work, including but not limited to scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and final edited footage, remains the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice, as stipulated in the Production Services Agreement dated March 1, 2025.
4. The Film Director retains the right to display the completed work in personal portfolios, festival submissions, and academic presentations, subject to the client's prior written approval for commercial exploitation.
5. This Invoice is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the amounts may be subject to adjustment based on prevailing exchange rates and tax regulations in Colombia.
6. All services were performed in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, and are governed by the civil and commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of Medellín, Colombia.
7. This document constitutes a formal Invoice for accounting and tax purposes. A digital copy has been registered in the DIAN electronic invoicing system (Facturación Electrónica) under the reference number FE-2025-00487-MDE.
