Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the tax regulations of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the professional services agreement dated 01 March 2025 between the Film Director and Congo Media Productions SARL.
2. All Film Director services described in this Invoice were performed within the jurisdiction of Kinshasa, DR Congo, and are subject to local labor and entertainment industry regulations.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the service contract.
4. The Film Director retains full intellectual property rights over all creative direction, artistic interpretations, and proprietary methodologies developed during the engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting current exchange rates and applicable tax adjustments in DR Congo Kinshasa will be issued.
6. For any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Film Director services, the parties agree to resolve matters through arbitration in Kinshasa, DR Congo, in accordance with the OHADA arbitration framework.
