Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the production agreement signed on 20 May 2025 between Alexandria Vision Studios (the Film Director entity) and the Mediterranean Cultural Foundation. Payment of the full amount of EGP 620,926.00 is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Issue Date stated above, no later than 30 June 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN listed in the "Billed By" section. Please reference Invoice No. AVS-2025-0472 in the transfer memo. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Egyptian commercial law.
All services rendered by the Film Director are subject to the creative approval process outlined in Annex B of the master agreement. The client reserves the right to request up to three (3) rounds of revisions during post-production without additional charge, as detailed in line item 3 of this Invoice.
Additional Notes & Compliance Statement
This Invoice has been prepared and issued in full compliance with the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) regulations governing electronic invoicing for service providers operating in Alexandria, Egypt. The Film Director services described herein are classified under the Egyptian Standard Industrial Classification (ESIC) code 59.11 – Motion Picture, Video and Television Programme Production.
All location permits for filming in public areas of Alexandria, Egypt, including the Corniche promenade, El-Montaza Palace grounds, and the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, have been obtained from the Alexandria Governorate's Media and Events Office. Permits are valid for the duration specified in this Invoice and are the responsibility of the Film Director's production company.
The Film Director confirms that all intellectual property rights in the final documentary, including the director's cut, festival versions, and any derivative works, shall be jointly owned as per the terms of the master agreement. This Invoice does not constitute a transfer of copyright.
