Payment & Invoice Terms
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Egyptian Tax Authority regulations and the Commercial Code of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The total amount due of EGP 527,684.00 (Five Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred and Eighty-Four Egyptian Pounds) is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, no later than 30 June 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account:

A late payment penalty of 2% per month shall apply to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, as stipulated in Article 7 of the Production Agreement. This Invoice must be referenced in all correspondence and payment remittances.
Additional Notes & Conditions
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over the final artistic vision of the documentary as outlined in the signed agreement. No further creative revisions beyond the agreed scope are included in this Invoice.
- All footage, scripts, storyboards, and creative materials produced during the engagement remain the intellectual property of Horizon Media Group S.A.E. upon full settlement of this Invoice.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable tax or currency adjustments will be issued.
- The Film Director's services were rendered exclusively within the jurisdiction of Egypt Cairo and the Giza Governorate. No international travel or foreign jurisdiction fees apply.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Egypt Cairo.
- This document constitutes a legally binding Invoice under Egyptian commercial law and may be presented to the Egyptian Tax Authority for VAT deduction purposes by the client.
