Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the commercial and tax regulations of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Payment of the full amount of 1,297,240.00 Ethiopian Birr (ETB) is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Tadesse Creative Productions, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Branch: Bole, Account Number: ET-4400-1122-3344-5566. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Ethiopian commercial law. The Film Director reserves the right to suspend all ongoing and future creative services until full settlement of this Invoice is confirmed. All services rendered under this Invoice were performed in Ethiopia Addis Ababa and are subject to the jurisdiction of Ethiopian courts. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding financial document and must be retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with the Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority record-keeping requirements.
