Payment Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full by the due date of 15 July 2025 via bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the account details provided above. Please reference Invoice No. ALP-2025-0347 in your payment remittance. In the event of late payment, interest at the rate of 1.5% per month will be applied in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10). A late payment penalty of €40 per outstanding Invoice will also be charged as per the terms of the production agreement.

Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Director's Services Agreement (Contract Ref: CD/ALP/2025/089) executed between Atelier Lumière Productions and Cinéma du Rhône SARL, both registered in France Lyon.
2. All services rendered by the Film Director were performed in full compliance with the French Labor Code (Code du travail) and the specific regulations governing the French film industry as administered by the Centre National du Cinéma et de l'Image Animée (CNC).
3. The Film Director retains full moral rights (droits moraux) over the creative direction and artistic vision of the film as protected under French intellectual property law (Code de la propriété intellectuelle).
4. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Film Director services rendered for the production "Les Rives du Rhône." No further charges will be issued for this production unless a written amendment to the contract is executed by both parties in Lyon, France.
5. All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Euros (EUR) and are subject to French Value Added Tax (TVA) at the standard rate of 20%, as applicable to creative and artistic services in France.
6. This document is a valid Invoice under French tax law and must be retained by the recipient for a minimum period of ten (10) years in accordance with the French Commercial Code.
