Intellectual property rights pertaining to the creative direction, shot compositions, and editorial decisions remain the property of the Film Director unless otherwise stipulated in the separate Production Agreement dated 01 March 2025. This Invoice does not constitute a transfer of any such rights.
For any disputes arising from this Invoice, the competent courts of Marseille, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction, in accordance with the governing law of France.
