Payment Deadline: This Invoice must be settled in full within 30 calendar days of the date of issue, in accordance with § 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Late payments shall accrue statutory interest at the rate of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate for business-to-business transactions.
Tax Information: This Invoice is issued in compliance with § 14 of the German Value Added Tax Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz – UStG).
