Payment Terms & Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the terms of the Master Services Agreement dated 01 March 2025 between Frankfurt Visual Arts & Production GmbH and MediaVision Studios GmbH. Payment of the full Invoice amount of €102,744.60 is due within 30 calendar days of the Invoice date, no later than 15 July 2025.

- Reference: Please cite Invoice number INV-2025-FD-00847 in all payment communications.
- Late Payment: In the event of late payment, statutory interest of 8 percentage points above the ECB base rate shall apply in accordance with § 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
