- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, statutory interest of 5 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate applies pursuant to § 288 BGB.
- The Film Director retains full moral rights (Urheberpersönlichkeitsrecht) to the creative direction and artistic vision of the film as defined under German Copyright Law (Urheberrechtsgesetz, UrhG) § 12. All commercial exploitation rights have been separately licensed under the Production Agreement dated 10 February 2025.
