Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This Invoice has been issued by Accra Vision Studios Ltd., a registered creative production company operating in Ghana Accra, in accordance with the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) invoicing regulations and the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992).
2. The Film Director services described herein were rendered exclusively for the production project "Sankofa Rising" and are non-transferable to any third party without prior written consent from both parties.
3. All creative materials, storyboards, shot lists, and direction notes produced by the Film Director during the engagement remain the intellectual property of Accra Vision Studios Ltd. until full payment of this Invoice is received.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1968 (Act 29) of Ghana.
5. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the charges may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Ghana Accra.
6. The Film Director reserves the right to attend up to two (2) additional creative review sessions at no extra charge should the production team require further direction during the final delivery phase.
