Important Notes & Terms

4. The place of supply for all services listed in this Invoice is Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Both the Film Director and the client are registered under GST in the state of Karnataka, making this an intra-state supply.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
