Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Master Service Agreement dated 10 February 2025 between Apex Visual Productions Pvt. Ltd. and Stellar Entertainment Studios LLP for the engagement of a Film Director for the feature film "Monsoon Echoes."
2. All services rendered by the Film Director were performed within the jurisdiction of India Mumbai, and the applicable GST rate of 18% (9% CGST + 9% SGST) has been charged as per the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
3. The Film Director retains full creative ownership of all direction methodologies, shot compositions, and artistic interpretations developed during the engagement. The production house retains ownership of the final film deliverables.
4. Any additional days of direction, reshoots, or extended post-production supervision beyond the scope defined in this Invoice shall be billed separately at the agreed daily rates.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After the expiry period, a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable tax rate changes will be issued.
6. All disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Mumbai.
