Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Arjun Mehta Productions, a registered Film Director service entity operating out of New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, 2017 of India. - A 50% advance payment (₹ 23,09,850.00) was received on 01 April 2025 against this Invoice and has been adjusted. The remaining balance of ₹ 23,09,850.00 is due by 30 June 2025.
- In case of delayed payment beyond the due date, a late fee of 1.5% per month (or part thereof) shall be applicable on the outstanding balance as per the terms of the Film Director's service agreement dated 15 March 2025.
