Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 20 May 2025 between Sutradara Nusantara Film Production Co., Ltd. and PT Cipta Visual Media Indonesia for the engagement of a Film Director for the feature film production "Senja di Jakarta."
2. All services described in this Invoice shall be performed by the designated Film Director, Arif Wibowo, MFA, or by a qualified substitute approved in writing by the client. The Film Director retains full creative authority over all directional decisions as stipulated in Section 4.2 of the master agreement.
3. All work locations referenced in this Invoice are situated within the administrative boundaries of Indonesia Jakarta, South Jakarta Province, Republic of Indonesia. Any travel to locations outside Indonesia Jakarta (e.g., Bandung, Yogyakarta, or Bali) will be invoiced separately at the agreed per-diem rate.
4. This Invoice is subject to Indonesian tax regulations. The VAT (Pajak Pertambahan Nilai) of 11% is applied as mandated by the Directorate General of Taxes (Ditjen Pajak). The PPh 23 withholding tax of 2% has been deducted as the client is the withholding agent under Indonesian tax law.
5. Payment must be received no later than the Due Date stated above. Failure to remit payment within the stipulated period will result in a late fee of 2% per month calculated on the outstanding balance. The Film Director reserves the right to suspend all ongoing and future services until the Invoice balance is settled in full.
6. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the Issue Date. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable tax rate changes or currency adjustments will be issued.
7. For any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services, both parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in Indonesia Jakarta before pursuing any legal action in the South Jakarta District Court.
