Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice.
50% advance payment was received on 01 June 2025 (Ref: ADV-2025-0089).
Balance of 45,448,750 IQD is due by 30 June 2025.
Late payments will incur a 2% monthly surcharge as per Iraqi commercial law.
Terms, Conditions & Notes
This Invoice is issued by Cinematic Vision Productions, a registered Film Director service provider operating in Iraq Baghdad, in accordance with the production contract signed on 10 May 2025 (Contract Ref: CV-ARMG-2025-012).
- All Film Director services described in this Invoice were performed in compliance with the Iraqi Ministry of Culture and Tourism regulations governing film production in Baghdad.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over all artistic decisions as stipulated in Section 4.2 of the master production agreement. No additional creative direction fees shall apply unless a scope change is formally documented.
- All intellectual property rights to the final film, including the director's creative contributions, shall transfer to Al-Rafidain Media Group upon full settlement of this Invoice.
- This Invoice is subject to the 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Iraqi General Commission for Taxation. The VAT registration number of the service provider is IQ-382-7741-0092.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Baghdad Commercial Court in accordance with Iraqi civil and commercial law.
- The Film Director confirms that all services were rendered personally and that no portion of the creative direction has been subcontracted without prior written consent from the client.
- Payment must be made in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) via bank transfer to the account specified above. Cash payments are not accepted for amounts exceeding 5,000,000 IQD per Iraqi financial regulations.
Note: This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the "Baghdad Reborn" documentary project. No further charges will be issued for the Film Director's services related to this production. Any future projects or additional episodes will be invoiced separately with a new Invoice number.
