Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Jerusalem Vision Productions Ltd. on behalf of Film Director Mr. Yossi Ben-Ari for professional services rendered in Israel Jerusalem. The Film Director retains full creative and intellectual property rights over the directorial vision, while the client retains distribution rights as outlined in the Production Agreement dated 20 April 2025.
2. Payment is due within 30 days of the Invoice issue date via bank transfer to the account listed in the header. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under Israeli commercial law.
3. All filming activities described in this Invoice were conducted within the municipality of Israel Jerusalem. The Film Director assumes responsibility for crew safety and compliance with all local, national, and heritage-site regulations applicable to Israel Jerusalem.
4. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for the "Echoes of the Old City" project. No further charges will be issued unless a written change order is executed by both parties.
5. The Film Director's services were performed in full compliance with the Israel Film Industry Workers' Union agreements and all applicable labor laws of the State of Israel.
