Invoice Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice is issued by Cinema Vision Productions Ltd., a company duly registered in Israel, for professional Film Director services rendered in connection with the feature film production "Shoreline." All services were performed by the designated Film Director, Noa Ben-Ami, in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 20 March 2025.
The Film Director's creative decisions, including but not limited to shot selection, actor direction, pacing, and visual composition, were made in full consultation with the production team at Horizon Media Group Ltd. in Tel Aviv, Israel. All deliverables have been accepted in writing by the client's Head of Production as of 12 June 2025.
Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Israeli commercial law. All amounts are denominated in Israeli New Shekels (ILS / ₪). VAT is applied at the current Israeli rate of 18% as mandated by the Israel Tax Authority.
By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges that all intellectual property rights related to the Film Director's creative contributions, including storyboards, shot compositions, and directorial notes, remain the property of Cinema Vision Productions Ltd. unless otherwise stipulated in the master production agreement.
