Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 02 March 2025 between Marco Aurelio De Santis (Film Director) and Mediavista Productions S.r.l. for the creative direction of the feature film "Luce d'Agosto," produced and filmed in Rome, Italy.
2. All Film Director services described herein were performed within the administrative boundaries of the Comune di Roma, Lazio, Italy. The applicable Italian VAT (IVA) rate of 22% has been applied as mandated by the Agenzia delle Entrate.
3. The withholding tax (ritenuta d'acconto) of 20% has been deducted at source in compliance with Italian tax regulations (TUIR, Art. 25). The Film Director shall declare this amount in their annual tax return filed with the Italian Revenue Agency.
4. All intellectual property rights pertaining to the creative direction, shot compositions, and directorial vision developed during the engagement remain the property of the Film Director unless otherwise stipulated in the master Service Agreement. Mediavista Productions S.r.l. retains full production rights to the finished film.
5. This Invoice constitutes a valid tax document (documento fiscale) under Italian legislation. In the event of any discrepancy, the original signed Service Agreement and the production schedule filed with the Rome Film Commission shall prevail.
6. The Film Director confirms that all services were rendered in full compliance with the Italian labour code, the Cinecittà Studios operational regulations, and all applicable municipal permits obtained from the Comune di Roma for filming in public and private locations within Rome, Italy.
