Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated April 28, 2025, between Kuroda Visual Productions and the Osaka Metropolitan Film Commission for the engagement of a professional Film Director for the Osaka Cultural Heritage Documentary project.
- Payment is due within 30 days of the Invoice issue date (July 15, 2025). Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Japanese commercial law.
- All services rendered by the Film Director were performed in Japan Osaka, and this Invoice is subject to Japanese tax regulations including the 10% Consumption Tax as mandated by the National Tax Agency.
- The Film Director retains full creative ownership of all original storyboards, shot compositions, and directorial notes. The client receives a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the final documentary for public screening, educational distribution, and digital streaming within Japan and internationally.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Osaka, Japan, in accordance with the arbitration clause of the master service agreement.
