Payment Terms & Invoice Conditions

This Invoice is issued by Shin-Ei Visual Productions Ltd. in accordance with the production agreement dated February 15, 2025, between the parties for the engagement of a Film Director for the feature film project "Neon Streets of Tokyo," to be produced and distributed primarily within Japan Tokyo and the broader Kanto region.

• Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Issue Date stated on this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in compliance with the Japanese Late Payment of Compensation Act.
• Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Shin-Ei Visual Productions Ltd., Mizuho Bank, Roppongi Branch, Account No. 214-887-654, Japan Tokyo. Please reference Invoice No. SEV-2025-04187 in all correspondence.
• The Film Director's services described herein include full creative authority over the visual narrative, actor performance direction, and final editorial decisions as outlined in the master services agreement. Any additional days or scope changes beyond the contracted period will be invoiced separately at the agreed daily rate.
• All location permits, municipal approvals, and public road closures required for filming within Japan Tokyo have been secured by the Film Director's office and are included in the line items above. The client is responsible for any third-party insurance claims arising from on-set incidents.
• This Invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court. In the event of a dispute regarding the Film Director's deliverables or the validity of this Invoice, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation under the Japan Film Commission's dispute resolution framework before pursuing litigation.
• Confidentiality: All production materials, scripts, dailies, and creative documents shared during the engagement of the Film Director remain the intellectual property of Kyoto Horizon Media Group Inc. unless otherwise stated in the underlying contract. This Invoice does not transfer any rights to the finished film.
