Terms, Conditions & Notes
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated March 1, 2025, between Almaty Vision Studios LLP and Kazakhstan National Film Corporation for the engagement of a Lead Film Director on the feature film project "Silk Road Echoes."
- All services rendered by the Film Director were performed within the jurisdiction of Kazakhstan Almaty and its surrounding oblast, in compliance with the Republic of Kazakhstan's Film Industry Law (Law No. 129-V, dated January 12, 2016).
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions as stipulated in Section 7 of the master agreement. All deliverables, including the final cut, remain the intellectual property of Kazakhstan National Film Corporation upon full settlement of this Invoice.
- VAT is applied at the standard rate of 12% as mandated by the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. A valid VAT receipt will be provided upon confirmation of payment.
- Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.1% per calendar day on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Article 297 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any applicable rate adjustments.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through arbitration in Almaty, Kazakhstan, under the rules of the Almaty International Arbitration Centre.
