Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the terms of Contract Agreement No. KFC/2025/DOC/019, executed on 20 March 2025 between Savanna Vision Productions Ltd. and the Kenya Film Commission. All services rendered by the Film Director were performed in full compliance with the Kenya Film Commission's production guidelines and the National Film and Television Development Fund (NFTDF) standards applicable in Kenya Nairobi.
The Film Director, Dr. Amina Wanjiru Otieno, holds a valid practicing license issued by the Kenya Film Commission (License No. KFC-DIR-2018-0034) and is registered with the Kenya Revenue Authority for all applicable tax obligations. This Invoice reflects the final and complete billing for the referenced project phase. No additional charges shall apply beyond the scope defined in the master service agreement.
Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Kenya Revenue Authority's Late Payment of Tax and Other Moneys (Interest) Regulations, 2015. Please reference Invoice No. SV-2025-00847 on all correspondence and remittances.

Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional Film Director services rendered in Kenya Nairobi and its environs. Acceptance of this Invoice implies agreement to the terms stated herein and in the master service agreement.
- All amounts are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to the prevailing Value Added Tax (VAT) rate of 16% as administered by the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).
- The Film Director retains full intellectual property rights over all creative methodologies, shot designs, and directorial techniques employed during the production. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final delivered footage for the purposes specified in the contract.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 (Cap 49) of the Laws of Kenya. The courts of Kenya Nairobi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Film Director reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations if applicable rates have changed.
- All production materials, dailies, and raw footage generated during the engagement of the Film Director in Kenya Nairobi shall be stored securely at Savanna Vision Studios for a minimum of twelve (12) months before scheduled deletion, in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
