Terms and Conditions – This Invoice
This Invoice is issued by Al-Nakheel Film Productions LLC, a registered entity operating in Kuwait Kuwait City, in accordance with the commercial and tax regulations of the State of Kuwait. The Film Director services described herein were rendered exclusively for the benefit of the client named above and pertain to the production project referenced in this document.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 2% per month as stipulated under Kuwaiti commercial law.
- All Film Director services have been performed in full compliance with the Kuwait Ministry of Information media regulations and the Kuwait Film Censorship Board guidelines applicable in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- The Film Director retains full creative credit and intellectual property rights over the directorial vision, shot compositions, and editorial decisions made during the production, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Film Director reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with applicable administrative surcharges.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait Kuwait City, in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided below. Please reference the Invoice number FDC-KWT-2025-0047 in all correspondence and remittances.
