Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Moroccan Commercial Code and the applicable tax regulations of the Kingdom of Morocco. All services rendered by the Film Director were performed within the jurisdiction of Morocco Casablanca, and all applicable local labor and production regulations were observed throughout the engagement.
The Film Director confirms that all creative deliverables, including final cut masters, promotional stills, and director's commentary tracks, have been delivered to Maghreb Cinéma Distribution SARL in full compliance with the signed production agreement dated 10 February 2025.
Please note that this Invoice covers only the professional services of the Film Director. Separate invoices have been issued for production crew, equipment rental, location permits, and post-production facility fees. All payments are to be made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) via bank transfer to the account specified above.
Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Casablanca, Morocco, in accordance with the governing law of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Due: Within 30 calendar days from the date of issue (15 July 2025).
Payment Method: Bank transfer to Attijariwafa Bank, RIB: 007 800 1234567890123 45, in the name of Atlas Vision Productions.
Late Payment: A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) shall apply to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Moroccan commercial law (Article L441-10 of the Commercial Code).
Reference: Please cite Invoice No. AV-2025-0047 in all correspondence and payment references.
Disputes: Any discrepancies regarding this Invoice must be reported in writing within 10 business days of receipt. Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance of the Invoice as issued.
