Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by Golden Pagoda Films Ltd. in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 10 February 2025 between the Film Director (U Min Aung Htet) and the Myanmar National Broadcasting Corporation. All services described herein were rendered by the Film Director in his professional capacity, with primary operations based in Myanmar Yangon.
The total amount of 210,635,000 Myanmar Kyat (MMK) is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments will incur an interest charge of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the Service Agreement.
All intellectual property rights to the final documentary, including the Film Director's creative contributions, remain with the Myanmar National Broadcasting Corporation upon full settlement of this Invoice. The Film Director retains the right to display the work in personal portfolios and festival submissions with prior written consent.
