Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by Shree Himalayan Films Pvt. Ltd., a registered production house based in Nepal Kathmandu, for professional Film Director services rendered under the "Himalayan Echoes" project. All services were performed in accordance with the contract agreement dated 10 January 2025 (Contract Ref: NFA/CTR/2025/0089).
The Film Director, Mr. Tenzin Norbu, holds a valid practicing license issued by the Nepal Film Archive and has completed all deliverables as specified in the project scope. This Invoice covers the full production cycle from pre-production through festival premiere in Nepal Kathmandu.
Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the terms of the service agreement. All amounts are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are subject to applicable taxes under the Income Tax Act, 2058 (2002) of Nepal.
Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice must be settled in full by 30 June 2025. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of further services and application of late payment penalties.
- All intellectual property rights to the final film, including the creative direction provided by the Film Director, shall vest with Nepal Film Commission upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
- The Film Director retains the right to be credited as "Directed by Tenzin Norbu" in all promotional materials, festival submissions, and distribution copies of the film produced in Nepal Kathmandu or internationally.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2055 (1999) of Nepal.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any changes in applicable tax rates or exchange rates.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed by a licensed Film Director registered with the Nepal Film Archive, Kathmandu, and comply with all applicable regulations of the Nepal Film Commission.
