Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Film Director in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 10 April 2025, governing all creative and directional services provided for the production "Amsterdam Undercurrents" in the Netherlands Amsterdam region.
2. All services rendered by the Film Director are subject to the creative direction terms outlined in Section 4 of the master agreement. The Film Director retains full artistic authority over the director's cut, as stipulated in the Netherlands Amsterdam production contract.
3. This Invoice complies with the invoicing requirements set forth by the Dutch Tax Administration (Belastingdienst) under the Wet op de omzetbelasting (VAT Act). The VAT identification number listed above is registered for the Netherlands Amsterdam business district.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Amsterdam, Netherlands. The Film Director and the client agree to attempt mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
5. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the Film Director services described herein. No additional fees shall be incurred beyond the amounts listed unless a written amendment to the Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
6. The Film Director confirms that all services were performed in full compliance with Dutch labor regulations, the Netherlands Amsterdam municipal filming permit requirements, and applicable intellectual property laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
