Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date of 14 June 2025. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 10% per annum, calculated daily, in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and applicable commercial law in Auckland.
- All services rendered by the Film Director, Marcus T. Whitfield, are subject to the Master Services Agreement dated 1 February 2025 between Auckland Cinematic Productions Ltd. and Harbour Light Media Group. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment under that Agreement.
- The Film Director retains full creative and intellectual property rights over all original direction, storyboard concepts, and creative methodologies developed during the engagement in New Zealand Auckland, unless otherwise specified in the Agreement. The client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the final delivered film product.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described herein shall be resolved through mediation in Auckland, New Zealand, in accordance with the New Zealand Disputes Resolution Act 2010. If mediation is unsuccessful, the matter shall be referred to the District Court of Auckland.

- This Invoice has been prepared and issued in New Zealand Auckland and is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
