Invoice Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Film Director Services Agreement (Contract No. HLP-2025-003) executed between Tane-Mahuta Visual Productions Ltd and Harbour Light Pictures Ltd on 3 January 2025.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice issue date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 10% per annum, calculated daily, in accordance with the New Zealand Late Payment of Debts Interest Act 1998.
- All rates quoted in this Invoice are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current New Zealand rate of 15%. The Film Director is registered for GST under IRD number 123-456-789.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account detailed below. Please reference Invoice No. NZW-FD-2025-0472 in all correspondence and remittances.
- The Film Director retains all intellectual property rights to the creative direction, visual style, and directorial methodology developed during the engagement, unless otherwise specified in the underlying agreement.
- This Invoice constitutes a final and complete statement of all Film Director services rendered for the project referenced above. No further charges will be incurred beyond the amounts stated herein.
