- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the services agreement (Contract Ref: NFP-CV-2025-012) executed between CineVision Studios Ltd. and Naija Film Production House Ltd. for Film Director services rendered in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month as stipulated under Nigerian commercial law.
- All Film Director creative deliverables, including but not limited to final cut approvals, trailer edits, and promotional materials, remain the intellectual property of CineVision Studios Ltd. until full and final payment of this Invoice is received.
- The Film Director reserves the right to withhold final delivery of the master file until the outstanding balance on this Invoice is settled in full.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be reissued with applicable adjustments.
- All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to the prevailing tax regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
