Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Production Agreement signed between the Film Director and Madina Entertainment Productions (Pvt.) Ltd. for the feature film "Echoes of the Valley."
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract an interest charge of 1.5% per month as per Pakistan Islamabad commercial law.
- All services rendered by the Film Director are subject to the creative direction outlined in the approved shooting schedule. Any additional days beyond the contracted period will be billed separately at the agreed daily rate.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over the artistic and visual elements of the production as stipulated in the Production Agreement. The client reserves the right to request up to two (2) revision rounds during post-production.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Film Director's designated account: Meezan Bank, Branch: F-8 Islamabad, Account No: 0012-3456-7890-1234, IBAN: PK00MEZN0012345678901234.
- This Invoice is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Film Director reserves the right to suspend all ongoing and future production activities until full settlement is received.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
- The Film Director confirms that all services have been rendered in full compliance with the Pakistan Film Censor Board (PFCB) regulations and applicable laws of Pakistan Islamabad.
