Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date, no later than July 15, 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP), Account Name: CineLima Productions S.A.C., CCI: 002-123-456-7890-12-345, RUC: 20601234567.
- All amounts are quoted in Peruvian Soles (PEN) and are subject to the 18% IGV (Impuesto General a las Ventas) as mandated by the Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT) of Peru.
- Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month of delay, in accordance with Peruvian commercial law (Código Civil del Perú, Article 1314).
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for all Film Director services rendered in Peru Lima during the production period of March 1, 2025, through June 10, 2025.
- Any disputes regarding the scope of services described in this Invoice must be raised in writing within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of all line items.
Additional Notes & Certifications
This Invoice certifies that all Film Director services were performed in full compliance with the labor regulations of Peru, including the Ley General del Trabajo (D.S. 003-97-TR) and the applicable collective bargaining agreements of the Peruvian film industry (Sindicato de Directores de Cine del Perú). The Film Director, María Elena Quispe Rojas, holds a valid professional registration with the Colegio de Comunicadores del Perú and is in good standing with all tax obligations before SUNAT.
All intellectual property rights associated with the creative direction, storyboard designs, and editorial decisions made by the Film Director during this engagement are transferred to Andes Media Group S.R.L. upon full settlement of this Invoice, as stipulated in the Master Services Agreement (MSA-2025-0112) executed on February 20, 2025, in Lima, Peru.
This document is issued in accordance with the electronic invoicing regulations (Facturación Electrónica) established by SUNAT Resolution 181-2019/SUNAT. A digital copy of this Invoice has been transmitted to the SUNAT system under document code CLP-2025-00487.
