Payment & Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement dated 20 May 2025 between Al Noor Visual Productions and the Qatar Tourism & Culture Authority. All Film Director services were rendered within the State of Qatar, specifically in the Doha metropolitan area, and are subject to the regulations of the Qatar Doha media and entertainment licensing authority.
Payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date. Please remit payment via bank transfer to: Bank of Qatar, Account Name: Al Noor Visual Productions WLL, IBAN: QA5801020000000987654321, SWIFT: BOQQAQDO. Kindly reference Invoice number ANV-2025-00482 in your payment remittance.
Should any discrepancy be identified in this Invoice, please contact the billing department within seven (7) business days. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Qatar Doha commercial law.
Terms & Conditions
1. All Film Director creative deliverables referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of Al Noor Visual Productions until full payment is received. Upon clearance of the grand total, all rights to the final edited content transfer to the Qatar Tourism & Culture Authority for use within Qatar Doha and approved international distribution channels.
2. The Film Director retains the right to display the completed work in professional portfolios, industry festivals, and award submissions, subject to a 90-day embargo period following the Qatar Doha public premiere.
3. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Film Director services rendered for the Doha Cultural Festival 2025 project. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts stated herein unless a written change order is executed by both parties.
4. All services were performed in compliance with Qatar Doha municipal filming regulations, Qatar Doha cultural sensitivity guidelines, and the Qatar Doha data protection and privacy framework.
