Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is issued by Film Director Alexei Dmitrievich Volkov, operating as a sole proprietor registered in Moscow, Russia, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and applicable tax legislation.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per day of delay, as stipulated in Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- All services rendered by the Film Director are subject to the terms outlined in Contract No. SPG-VD-2025-0112, executed in Moscow, Russia, on 01 March 2025. In the event of any discrepancy between this Invoice and the Contract, the Contract shall prevail.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over the artistic direction of the project as defined in the creative brief. Any changes to the shooting schedule or creative scope must be approved in writing by both parties.
- Intellectual property rights to the final film remain with Severny Production Group LLC. The Film Director retains the right to display the work in personal portfolios, festival submissions, and industry showcases within the Russian Federation and internationally.
- This Invoice is valid for payment processing within the banking system of the Russian Federation. All transactions are subject to the regulations of the Central Bank of Russia.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through negotiation in Moscow, Russia, or, failing that, through the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow in accordance with the applicable procedural rules.
- The Film Director confirms that all services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with labor safety regulations, film production permits issued by the Moscow City Administration, and all applicable Russian federal and municipal laws governing film production activities.
