Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This Invoice is issued by Neva Frame Productions LLC, a registered entity operating in Saint Petersburg, Russia, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and applicable tax legislation. The Film Director services described herein are rendered under Contract No. BMT-2025-0112 dated 20 April 2025.
2. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per day of delay, in compliance with Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
3. All Film Director creative deliverables, including storyboards, shot lists, editorial notes, and final cut approvals, shall become the exclusive intellectual property of Baltika Media Group JSC upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
4. The Film Director reserves the right to make reasonable creative adjustments during principal photography provided such adjustments do not materially alter the approved production budget or schedule. Any changes exceeding 10% of the original scope shall require a written amendment to this Invoice.
5. This Invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. Any disputes arising from the services rendered under this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
6. The Film Director confirms that all services were performed in compliance with the labor regulations of the Russian Federation, including working hour limits, rest periods, and safety protocols on film sets located in Saint Petersburg and surrounding regions.
7. A duplicate of this Invoice may be requested by the client in writing. The original document, bearing the official seal (stamp) of Neva Frame Productions LLC and the signature of the authorized representative, constitutes the legally binding financial record for this engagement.
