Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement dated 01 May 2025 between Al-Nakheel Visual Productions (Film Director services provider, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia) and Al-Riyadh Media & Entertainment Group. Payment of the full Invoice amount of SAR 287,960.00 (Two Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Saudi Riyals) is due within 15 calendar days from the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in compliance with Saudi Arabian commercial law. This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. All services rendered are subject to the terms outlined in the master service agreement and applicable Saudi Arabian labor and media regulations.
Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Arbitration Center (SAC) rules where applicable.
Notes & Additional Information
1. This Invoice covers all Film Director services rendered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for the period of 01 May 2025 through 14 June 2025. Any additional services requested beyond the scope of the original agreement will be invoiced separately.
2. All creative materials, storyboards, shot lists, and editorial direction documents produced under this engagement remain the intellectual property of Al-Riyadh Media & Entertainment Group upon full settlement of this Invoice.
3. The Film Director, Mr. Faisal Al-Harbi, holds a valid professional license issued by the Saudi General Commission for Audiovisual Media (GCAM) and is registered with the Saudi Film Commission for all production activities conducted within the Kingdom.
4. This Invoice has been generated in compliance with the Saudi Arabian Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) e-invoicing requirements. A digital copy of this Invoice is available upon request via the ZATCA Fatoora platform.
