Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is subject to the terms outlined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 01 March 2025 between Al-Riyadh Vision Productions and the Saudi Film Commission.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Issue Date stated on this Invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law.
- All Film Director services rendered under this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Saudi Film Commission regulations and the Ministry of Culture guidelines for production in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- The Film Director retains all intellectual property rights to creative methodologies, directing techniques, and proprietary workflows developed during the engagement, unless otherwise specified in the MSA.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
- This Invoice constitutes a final and complete statement of all Film Director services rendered for the project referenced herein. No additional charges shall apply beyond the amounts specified.
