Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details listed above in the name of Sahel Vision Productions, Dakar, Senegal.
A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the commercial code of Senegal. The Film Director reserves the right to suspend all further creative work and post-production services until full payment of this Invoice has been received.
All services rendered by the Film Director under this Invoice are subject to the professional standards set by the Federation of Cinematographers of Senegal (FDC-SN). Intellectual property rights to the final documentary remain with the client upon full settlement of this Invoice, while the Film Director retains the right to display the work in professional portfolios and festival submissions.
Notes
This Invoice covers all professional services provided by the Film Director, Mr. Ousmane Fall, for the "Teranga Stories" documentary project in Senegal Dakar during the period of 1 May 2025 to 14 June 2025. Any additional services, reshoots, or creative revisions requested by the client beyond the scope defined in the original production contract dated 20 April 2025 will be invoiced separately.
The Film Director confirms that all crew members were engaged in compliance with the labor laws of Senegal, and all applicable social security contributions (CNSS) have been remitted. This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the tax regulations of the Direction Générale des Impôts et Domaines (DGID) of Senegal.
