2. The Film Director retains full creative authority over all directed content as outlined in Section 7 of the Master Services Agreement. All final cuts and creative decisions remain the sole responsibility of the Film Director.
3. All intellectual property rights associated with the directed footage, storyboards, and creative materials produced under this engagement in Singapore Singapore are transferred to the client upon full and final settlement of this Invoice.
4. This Invoice is subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act of Singapore Singapore at the prevailing rate of 9%. The GST registration number is stated in the header of this document.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
