Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Film Director Services Agreement (Contract No: AV-CON-2025-012) executed between Atlantic Vision Productions (Pty) Ltd and Meridian Entertainment Holdings (Pty) Ltd on 1 March 2025 in South Africa Cape Town.
- All services rendered by the Film Director are subject to the creative approval process outlined in Section 7 of the master agreement. No additional charges will apply for revisions within the agreed scope of work.
- This Invoice constitutes a VAT-registered transaction under the South African Revenue Service (SARS) regulations. The VAT amount of R 135,000.00 is calculated at the standard rate of 15% as applicable in South Africa.
- Payment of this Invoice in full by the due date of 30 June 2025 will be considered a final settlement of all Film Director services rendered for the "Cape Horizon" production in South Africa Cape Town during the period of 1 March 2025 to 10 June 2025.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution clause of the master agreement, with jurisdiction vested in the High Court of South Africa, Cape Town Division.
- Intellectual property rights in all creative direction, shot compositions, and editorial decisions made by the Film Director remain the property of Atlantic Vision Productions (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise stated in the master agreement.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Film Director reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates if applicable.
