Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 15 July 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN account specified above. The currency of this Invoice is the Euro (EUR), in accordance with the regulations governing commercial transactions in Spain Barcelona and the European Union.
In the event of late payment, a penalty interest rate of 8% per annum shall apply, as stipulated by the Spanish Late Payment Directive (Real Decreto-ley 4/2013). The Film Director's services rendered under this Invoice are considered fully completed and accepted by the client upon the final picture lock approval.
All services described in this Invoice were performed by a qualified Film Director operating under the legal entity Catalunya Visual Productions S.L., registered in the Commercial Registry of Barcelona, Spain. The Film Director retains all intellectual property rights to the creative direction methodology unless otherwise agreed in the master services contract dated 01 March 2025.

This Invoice has been issued in compliance with the Spanish tax regulations (Ley 58/2003 del Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido) and the specific invoicing requirements applicable to the city of Spain Barcelona.
