Payment Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issue date. Payment may be made via bank transfer to Nile Crest Productions, Bank of Khartoum, Account No. 0045-8821-3367, SWIFT: BKRTSDKH. Alternatively, certified checks payable to "Abdelrahman El-Tahir Hassan" are accepted. All payments are to be made in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Sudanese commercial law applicable in Khartoum.
Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Film Director services rendered by Abdelrahman El-Tahir Hassan on behalf of Nile Crest Productions in Sudan Khartoum.
- All creative deliverables, including but not limited to final cuts, storyboards, and directorial notes, remain the intellectual property of the Film Director until full payment of this Invoice is received.
- The client acknowledges that the Film Director has exercised full creative authority as agreed in the original production contract dated 01 March 2025, executed in Khartoum, Sudan.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Sudan, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Khartoum.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Film Director reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with applicable adjustments.
- All services described herein were performed within the geographic boundaries of Sudan Khartoum, and all applicable local taxes and regulatory fees have been accounted for in the totals above.
