Payment Terms & Invoice Conditions
Payment Method: Bank transfer to Alpine Vision Film Productions GmbH, IBAN: CH93 0076 2011 6238 5295 79, BIC: POFICH2A, Bank: PostFinance, Switzerland Zurich. Please reference Invoice No. INV-2025-ZRH-0047 in your payment transfer.
Due Date: This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025. In accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) Article 104, a late payment interest of 5% per annum shall apply to any outstanding balance after the due date.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Film Director services agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland Zurich, Canton of Zurich. The applicable law is Swiss federal law. Mediation through the Zurich Chamber of Commerce (ZKH) is encouraged prior to litigation.
Confidentiality: The terms of this Invoice and the associated production details remain subject to the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed on 1 February 2025 between Alpine Vision Film Productions GmbH and Helvetia Media Group AG.
Invoice Validity: This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Film Director reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates if applicable.
